Zilphy Kathleen Hutto

Zilphy Kathleen Hutto, 86, of Goshen died Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Majestic Care of Goshen.

She was born in Baker, Florida on September 20, 1936, one of nine children born to Richard I. and Mary E. (Harrelson) Kirkland.

Survivors include a daughter, Judy Ross of Goshen; a son, Dalton Jeffery Hutto of Elkhart; three grandchildren, Kelly (Amy) Ross, Shannon Marie (T.J.) Paulus and Shawn (Felicia) Ross; six great-grandchildren, Jared (Sean) Ross, Austin (Sarah) Ross, Devin Lowell, Cammie (Felix Williams) Ross, Danielle Lowell and Mackenzie (Nick) Ross; one great-great grandchild, Harlan Marvel and another, Ellie Mae Williams, on the way.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dalton R. Hutto, and a son, Donald J. Hutto.

Mrs. Hutto was a loving homemaker and worked in the local cabinet manufacturing industry. She enjoyed fishing, baking for her family, and especially time with her grandchildren.

A 2 p.m. memorial service will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
