Yuliya Miroshnichenko, 44, died Monday, June 15,2026 from injuries sustained in an auto accident.
She was born April 24, 1982 in Lugansk, Ukraine to Pavel Sazhnev and Vera Sohnenko.
They survive along with her husband Yevgeniy “Eugenie” Miroshnichenko, a daughter, Dariya and sons, Nikita, Iliya, and Aleksey, all at home.
Preceding her in death, an infant son Alex.
Other survivors include five sisters, Irina (Edward) Pismennaya, Liliya Sobayeva, Olga Sazhneva, Nina (Andrey) Starovoytov and Anna (Ben) Sazhneva, and two brothers, Aleksey Sazhnev and Timofey (Vera) Sazhnev.
Yuliya was a loving homemaker, wife and mother. She was a member of Grace Slavic Baptist Church in Mishawaka where she served as a Sunday School teacher. She was a gifted seamstress and enjoyed making clothing alterations for people.
On Thursday, June 18, 2026 a memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. at Grace Slavic Baptist Church, 320 E. 4th St., Mishawaka.
An additional memorial service will be held Friday, June 19, 2026, at 10 a.m., 2026 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, 1911 S. Main St., Goshen with visitation one hour prior, beginning at 9 a.m. Pastor Leonid Rusavuk will officiate.
Burial will follow after the service Friday at Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.
