Wilma V. Ralston

Wilma V. Ralston, 85, of Middlebury and formerly of Bristol, died Tuesday evening, June 19, 2007, at The Maples in Goshen.   She was born February 16, 1922, in Nappanee, to LeRoy and Macey (Bender) Shank.  She married Ernest R. Manges.  He died in 1955.  In 1977 she married Ralph R. Ralston.  He died in 2003.   Mrs. Ralston enjoyed country life, gardening, sewing, baking and reading.   Mrs. Ralston is survived by two daughters, Gloria Ortiz of Goshen, and Gloria Lebold of Bristol/Elkhart; three sons, Ernest (Donna) Manges of Illinois, Duane Ralston of Goshen, and Roy Ralston of Elkhart; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Beatrice Butler of Middlebury.   She was preceded in death by her two husbands; a son, Kirby Manges; a sister, Gladys Shank and a brother, Austin Shank.   There will be no visitation.   A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 25, 2007, at Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.  Rev. Ernest Manges, son, will officiate.
