Willis G. Kohli, 91, of Goshen died Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Greencroft Healthcare.

He was born May 20, 1930 in Union Township to John and Evalena (Rohrer) Kohli.

On August 31, 1957 he married Dorothy E. Yoder in New Paris. She died April 9, 2013.

Survivors include a daughter, Elaine (Mike) Stull of Nappanee; a son, Douglas Kohli, Mount Pleasant Mills, Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, Rachel (Jeremy) Schram, Matthew (Kim) Stull, Andrew and Daniel Stull; and five great-grandchildren, Thomas, Michael, and Scarlett Stull, and Silas and Jax Schram.

Along with his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by brothers, Orlan and Donald Kohli; six sisters, Betty Kohli, Ilah Sternberg, Lilian Stever, Ruth Miller, Elizabeth Jones, June Miller and Helen Fervida; and a great-grandson, Nicholas Schram.

He was a 1949 graduate of New Paris High School, and member of Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church, Goshen. Willis worked at the Goshen Bag Factory, Starcraft, Inc., and for many years as a school custodian at Heritage Middle School, Middlebury. After retirement and moving to Greencroft, he worked another nine years for Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Willis enjoyed playing the trombone in the Greencroft Music Makers, painting and spending time with family.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A 4 p.m. funeral service will follow. Rev. Timothy Yoder will officiate.

Burial will follow at New Paris Cemetery.
