William "Ted" West

William "Ted" West, 55, of Goshen, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2015, at I.U. Medical Center, Indianapolis. He had been in declining health since July 2006. He was born March 21, 1960 in Charleston, West Virginia to Jack and Lucille (Bradshaw) West. He is survived by two sons, William "Chad" (Margeaux) West of Fort Bragg, Fayetteville, North Carolina and Easton (Jenna Rice) West of Akron; three granddaughters, Anna and Clara West and Sophia Wohlfarth and a fourth one coming in January; a sister, Orvilla (Michael) Cardoza of Goshen; and two brothers, Thomas H. (Marguerite) Payne of Goshen and John V. (Pat) Payne of Bremen. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Jim and Frank Payne. A 1978 graduate of Goshen High School, Mr. West worked primarily in the RV and mobile home industry. In keeping with Ted's wishes, cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory. Friends and family are invited to a gathering on Sunday, November 1, 2015, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Goshen DAV.
