William H. Wagner

William H. Wagner, 60, died at his home Saturday morning, June 5, 2010.  He had been ill six years. He was born in Goshen on November 11, 1949, to the late Charles and Mildred (Rockenbaugh) Wagner.  He married Joan “Jo” Sanford on July 1, 1972, in Elkhart.  She survives. A lifetime Goshen resident, Mr. Wagner graduated from Goshen High School in 1968.  He worked for Gleason Corp. until his illness. He liked to fish and garden.  He loved his animals, music and sports. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, June 7 the funeral home. A 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 9, 2010, funeral service will be conducted at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home with Chaplain David Hudson, Elkhart General Hospital, officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Yellow Creek Cemetery, Goshen.  Memorial contributions may be given to Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, Elkhart.
