William "Billy" T. Frizsell, 64, of Goshen, died early Monday morning, July 29, 2013, at Hospice House, Elkhart where he was admitted July 24. He was diagnosed with CADASIL (cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy) at age 50. He was born April 21, 1949 in Jackson, Mississippi, to William F. and Kathryn (Beasley) Frizsell. He married Paula Andrusyszyn Jan. 4, 1974 in Warsaw. She survives along with two sons, Chad Frizsell of Goshen and Chris (Deedra) Frizsell of Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by his parents. A 30 year resident of the area, Billy worked as a service technician for Shur-Flo Pumps, Elkhart. He had also worked for Homecrest and Bayer. He was an Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Bears and Notre Dame fan. He loved music, traveling, camping and spending time with family and friends. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 10 a.m. Thursday, August 1, 2013, funeral service will be conducted. Pastor Ron Spyker, Jefferson Community Church, will officiate. Cremation will follow the service at Yoder-Culp Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to CADASIL Foundation or Center for Hospice Care, Elkhart.
