William Dills

William Dills, 71, of Goshen died Sunday, September 27, 2020 at home surrounded by his family.

He was born March 5, 1949 in Goshen to Clare and Iris (Hershberger) Dills.

On March 30, 1967 he married Frances Harrell in Bristol.

She survives along with two daughters, Laura (John) Perry of Elkhart and Sheri (Scott) Harrod of Goshen; a granddaughter, Angelica Grose; two great-grandsons, Brayden and Ryder; and six siblings, Betty (Donald) Dirck, Bonnie (Robert) Null, Joy Moles, Michael Dills, Mary Miller and Anna (Robert) Falconi.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by five siblings, John Dills, Sr., Richard Dills, Carol Moles, Janet Dills and Kitty Fink.

A life long area resident, Mr. Dills was a truck driver for Homecrest Cabinets, also known as Masterbrand.  He enjoyed tinkering with all things mechanical.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, where a 10 a.m. funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, Sept. 30. Family friend, Pastor Tom Konopinski will officiate.

Burial will follow at Baintertown Cemetery, New Paris.
