William "Bill" Dale Clark

March 1, 1934 — November 7, 2017

Goshen- William “Bill” Dale Clark, 83, died Tuesday, Nov. 7 at The Maples at Waterford Crossing after battling dementia the last five years.

He was born March 1, 1934 in Menomonie, Wisconsin to William D. and Cora (Metzger) Clark.

On Dec. 20, 1952 he married Rosalie Bean in Greensburg.

She survives along with three children, Craig (Sandi) Clark, Middlebury, Kathy Sommer, South Bend and Todd (Dianne) Clark, Bristol; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Rodney in 1984, five brothers and two sisters.

An area resident since 1947, Bill attended Wakarusa High School and worked in quality control for Skyline for 30 years.  Following retirement he worked for Goshen Storage Center.

A member of Goshen City Church of the Brethren, Bill enjoyed fishing, gardening, throwing horseshoes and doing handyman chores.

Friends may call Friday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 10 a.m. Saturday service will be conducted.  Pastors Bev Weaver and Tim Yoder will officiate.

Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to Goshen City Church of the Brethren.
