William Paul Bennett

William P. Bennett, 72, of Millersburg, a wonderful husband and great friend, died Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Goshen Hospital.

He was born September 1, 1944 in Hempstead, New York to Thomas P. and Blanche (Confer) Bennett.

He is survived by his wife, Diana; a sister, Janet (Ron) Yadon of Hartford City; and his dog, Sasha.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Bennett.

A long time area resident, Mr. Bennett graduated from Purdue University.  He worked at Dana Corporation in Syracuse for 38 years until retiring in 2005.

He was a member of the Michiana Mopar Club.

Friends may call Saturday, August 5, 2017 from 2 p.m. until the 2:30 p.m. Celebration of Life service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army Christmas Families, or a charity of choice.
