Wilbur F. "Casey" Anglemyer Wilbur F. “Casey” Anglemyer, 92, of Goshen, died early Thursday morning, December 14, 2006, at Goshen General Hospital where he had been admitted on Saturday, December 9. He was born in Nappanee, Indiana, to Wilbur and Ethel (Slabaugh) Anglemyer, on March 22, 1914. He married Cora M. Zimmerman on November 11, 1938, in Southwest. She died July 29, 1992. A member of the New Paris Missionary Church, Mr. Anglemyer worked as a service station operator at Colonial Oil Company for 15 years. He served in the European Theater during World War II and was a life member of the Goshen DAV. He is survived by a daughter, Myrtle (Mike) Fleury of California; a son, William Anglemyer of Tampa, Florida; a grandchild; a sister, Shirley (Keith) Stouder of Kendalville, Indiana; and a brother, Warren (Elva) Anglemyer of Union, Michigan. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Terri; a sister, Charlotte Hess and three brothers, Everette, Leon and Keith Anglemyer. Friends will be received 12 to 2 p.m., Sunday, December 17, at the funeral home. A 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 17, 2006, funeral service will be conducted at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Rev. David Hackney and Rev. George Swank of the New Paris Missionary Church will officiate. Burial will be in New Paris Cemetery where military graveside services will be conducted by local veterans’ organizations. Memorial contributions may be made to the New Paris Missionary Church.
