Werner Plotz, 80, of Goshen died Tuesday morning, May 24, 2011, at Courtyard Healthcare where he had been since April 14. He was born May 17, 1931 in Gluckstadt, Germany and had worked as a surgeon's assistant in Palm Springs, Florida. Funeral arrangements are pending.
