Wayne Maurice Yontz
July 7, 1941 — June 18, 2016
Wayne M. Yontz, 74, of Goshen, passed away unexpectedly Saturday evening, June 18, 2016, at IU Health Goshen Hospital.
He was born July 7, 1941 in Goshen to Herbert William and Isabelle (McDonald) Yontz.
On August 24, 1974 he married Rama Jo Widner. She died October 21, 2013.
Survivors include three children, Douglas (Beth) Yontz of Cynthiana, Kentucky, and David Yontz and Leslie (Harold Buck) Rodgers-Buck, both of Goshen; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
Mr. Yontz was a horse trainer and participated in harness driving.
There will be no public services. Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.
