Wanda Grace Pearson

Wanda G. Pearson, 83, of Goshen, died Monday, May 7, 2012, at her home. She was born May 22, 1928 in Indianapolis to the late Chester and Alma (Coffey) Statom. She is survived by two sons, Randy Pearson of Syracuse and Michael Pearson of Michigan; a grandson, Lance Pearson; two sisters, Jean Gillis of Panama City, Florida and Corrine Roscoe of Hobart. She was preceded in death by her parents, and eight brothers and sisters. Wanda and her former husband, Bob Pearson, owned and operated American Laundry in 1977. She was a member of the Delta Chi Sigma Sorority; a former member of the Lady of the Elks; a past member of the Lady Parmor Golf League and a former bowler of the Wednesday Coffee League. Friends may call from 12 to1 p.m.,Thursday, May 10, 2012, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A private burial will follow at Violett cemetery.
