Wanda R. Chupp, 54, of Millersburg, died at her home early Tuesday morning, November 25, 2008. She was born in Yeaman, Kentucky, on September 27, 1954, to Johnnie Duncan and the late Geneva (Geary) Polley. She married Richard A. Chupp on August 24, 1973, in Goshen. He survives. A member of Zion Chapel, Mrs. Chupp worked as Clerk-Treasurer in Millersburg and had formerly operated Yellow Rose Catering and in shipping and receiving at Bentler. She was a member of the Indiana Municipal Clerk-Treasurers, the Millersburg Farmers’ Day Committee and the Red Hat Society. She is survived by her husband, Richard A. Chupp; her father, Johnnie Duncan of Rosine, Kentucky; two sons, Scott (Angi) Chupp of New Paris, and Ryan (Beth) Chupp of Evansville, Indiana; a step-son, Bret (Toni) Chupp of Millersburg; a step-daughter, Erica (Steve) Sheets of Markle, Indiana; and nine grandchildren. Also surviving are five sisters, Dorothy (Keith) Whitehead of Tell city, Patsy (Tom) Richards of Antigo, Wisconsin, Patricia Aders of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Lisa Polley of Tigerton, Wisconsin, and Janice Polley of Wausau, Wisconsin; and seven brothers, Roy (Stella) Duncan of Green Valley, Arizona, Ronnie Duncan and Jimmy Dobson, both of Tigerton, Wisconsin, Rickie Duncan of Tucson, Arizona, Terry Aders of Evansville, Jerry Duncan of Goshen, and Russell (Crystal) Wickliffe of Louisville, Kentucky. Friends may call 2 to 8 p.m., Friday, November 28, at the funeral home. A 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 29, 2008, funeral service will be conducted at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Rev. Steve Chupp of Zion Chapel will officiate. Burial will be in Brown Cemetery, Millersburg. Memorial contributions may be made to Zion Chapel or Goshen Care at Home Hospice.
