Virginia Alma Lieding

Virginia A. Lieding, 98, of Goshen, died Thursday, December 6, 2018, at Greencroft Healthcare.

She was born March 24, 1920 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to William G. and Alma (Reinke) Graefe.

On June 15, 1940 she married Vernon W. Lieding in Kohler, Wisconsin.  He died October 29, 1999.

Survivors include four daughters, Susan (Robert) Schrameyer of Goshen, Linda (Dirk) Dulmes of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, Mary (Tom) Osieczanek of Texas, and Elizabeth Luce of Fremont, Nebraska; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Lieding; a sister, Dorothy DeBruyne and a brother, William G. Graefe, Jr.

A Goshen resident since 1997, Mrs. Lieding was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and a former, very active member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Sheboygan.  She worked as an administrative secretary at lakeshore Technical College in Wisconsin.

Visitation will Wednesday, December 12, 2018, from 10:30 a.m. until the 12:30 p.m. funeral service at Faith Lutheran Church, 406 S. 5 ^th St., Goshen.  Pastor John Hickey will officiate.

Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to Faith Lutheran Church.
