Victor E. Daniels

Victor E. Daniels, 88, of Syracuse, died early Saturday morning, February 20, 2010, at Goshen General Hospital.  He had been in failing health the last four or months. Mr. Daniels was born in Germany on November 7, 1921.  He was a member of the German Army as an ally to the US during World War II.  He moved to New York in 1951 and to Syracuse in 2005.  He had worked as a truck driver for Endicott Johnson shoe Corporation in Johnson City, New York. He is survived by cousins, Gerhard (Ida Rose) Daniels of Syracuse and Janeane Daniels. There will be no visitation and no local services.  He will be buried in Floral Park Cemetery, Johnson City, New York.
