Troy E. Garber

Troy E. Garber, 53, of Goshen, died unexpectedly Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at home. He was born in Goshen on August 2, 1960 to Eldon and Carol (Balyeat) Garber. On February 8, 1985, he married Jennifer Holdeman in Goshen. She survives along with a daughter, Racheal (Adam) Wortinger of Elkhart; his father, Eldon Garber of Elkhart; five grandchildren, Eli and Owen Wortinger and Austin, Justin and Ariah Mangus; a sister, Lynn Frye of Shipshewana and a brother, Lane Philip Garber of Goshen. He was preceded in death by his mother and a brother, Rick Garber. A lifetime Goshen resident, Troy worked as a mechanic at Wal-Mart Tire and Lube. Friends may call one hour prior to the 11 a.m. funeral service on Saturday, July 19, 2014, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Paris Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
