Timothy B. Zollinger

Timothy B. Zollinger, 60, of New Paris, died Friday, April 25, 2014, at I.U. Health Goshen Hospital after a six year battle with cancer. He was born January 20, 1954 in Indianapolis to Arlin E. and Madonna R. (Martin) Zollinger. He married Jean Caudill July 26, 1980. She survives along with a step-son, James (Felicia) Rice of Elkhart and a granddaughter, Tia Rice. Other survivors include a sister, Laurie (Gilbert) Paist of Purcellville, Virginia; and a brother, Nathan Zollinger of Goshen. He was preceded in death by his parents and a step-son, Timothy Rice. A 1973 graduate of Fairfield High School, he retired, after 28 years, from the Goshen Fire Department in 2004. In accordance with his wishes, cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the 12, noon memorial service on Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Burial will be at Hire Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Indiana University Health Goshen Hospital Foundation.
