Timothy Alan Wheeler

Timothy Alan Wheeler, 62, of Goshen, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Goshen Hospital.

He was born May 5, 1959 in Elkhart to Robert and Leona (Platz) Wheeler, Sr.

On June 11, 2010 he married Gina Gaskill Farrier in Goshen.

She survives along with four children, daughter, Ryan (Stephen) Knabe of Shipshewana, son, Timothy Josh (Eleanor) Wheeler of El Sobrante, California, daughter, Skye Simons of Kalamazoo, Michigan and daughter, Drew Wheeler of Fort Wayne; three stepdaughters, Krysti Gaskill of Bristol, Dawn Borkholder of Elkhart and Linnette Farrier of Goshen; 11 grandchildren and a brother, Michael (Carol) Wheeler of Goshen.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings, Jean Gadson, Robert Jr., John and Ralph Wheeler.

A 1977 graduate of Westview High School, Tim served with the US Navy from September 1979 to May 1990.  He worked at Lippert, Plant #228.

A devoted husband, he was faithful to God and loved his children and grandchildren.  A noble man, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and cookouts with family and friends.  He had a mechanical aptitude that made him capable of fixing anything.  He was a lifetime member of both the Goshen DAV and VFW.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 11, 2021, from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in West Goshen Cemetery.
