Timothy K. Rice

Timothy K. Rice, 50, died unexpectedly at his home Wednesday morning, January 18, 2012. He was born June 1, 1961, in Ligonier to Jean (Tim) Zollinger of New Paris, and Charles "Pete" Rice of Ligonier. They survive along with his daughter, Tia Rice of New Paris, his companion of 27 years, Elaine Anderson; six grandchildren; a brother, James (Felicia) Rice of Elkhart; three sisters, Cindy, Cheryl and Carol of Pennsylvania; a step-daughter, Tyffanie (Phil) Stoll of Middlebury, and a step-son, Josh Frederick of Goshen. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Bailey. Friends may call 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, January 20, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 9:00 a.m., Saturday, January 21, 2012, funeral service will be conducted. Pastor Brenda Fritz, First United Methodist Church, Goshen, will officiate. Burial will follow in New Paris Cemetery.
