Timothy D. Kierpiec

Timothy D. Kierpiec, 63, of Goshen died Monday, February 14, 2022 at home.

He was born September 17, 1958 in Big Rapids, Michigan.

Survivors include his parents, Joseph and Janet (Franks) Kierpiec of Midland, Michigan; his wife, Lisa (Elchert) Kierpiec of Goshen; a daughter, Christina J. Kierpiec of Indianapolis; a son, Timothy J. Kierpiec of Michigan; a step-son, Joseph W. Elchert of Goshen; three grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.

Also surviving are three siblings, Paul (Chandra) Kierpiec and Marcie Kierpiec, both of Midland, Michigan, and Anthony (Rhonda) Kierpiec of Charleston, South Carolina.

Mr. Kierpiec was a U.S. Army veteran and member of the Goshen V.F.W. He was a very talented mechanic. He enjoyed restoring and cruising classic cars and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles. He was also involved in building and racing cars at New Paris Speedway.

Visitation will be Monday, February 21, 2022 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.

A 10 a.m., funeral mass will be conducted Tuesday, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Goshen. Father Logan will officiate.

Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen, with military honors.
