Thirston E. Perrin, 93, of Goshen, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022 at his home surrounded by family.
He was born November 28, 1928 in Randolph County, Arkansas to Thomas Henry and Lillie (Reeves) Perrin.
On June 12, 1949 he married Margaret Wiseman. She went to the Lord on December 5, 2012.
Thirston is survived by three daughters and a son, Ruth (Miles) Freitag, Granger, Janet Taylor, Carol (Juan) Alamo, Thomas (Raelene) Perrin all three of Goshen; six grandchildren, LaRae Perrin, Lauren (Philip) Jarvis and Mark (Angelica) Freitag, Rebecca Taylor, Jessica Taylor, and David (Emily) Taylor; six great-grandchildren and a sister, Rhoda Moriarty, Goshen.
Along with his parents and wife he was preceded by a brother, Bernard Perrin and a son-in-law, William “Rusty” Taylor.
Mr. Perrin was a fireman and paramedic for the Goshen Fire Department for 24 years. He enjoyed serving the Goshen Community.
Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m., Tuesday, October 18 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, October 19 at Violett Cemetery. Father Logan Parish will officiate.
