Thelma Joyce Charles

Thelma Joyce Charles, 61, of Goshen, died early Sunday morning, October 26, 2014, at IU Health Goshen Hospital. She was born June 17, 1953 in Goshen to Carlton and Marion (Hardesty) VanNuys. Survivors include a son, Tommy (Brittany Hostetler) Fry of Goshen; six grandchildren, Alyssa and Malachi Fry, Amber Dooley, Cameron Hunter, and Hayden and Jaylen Erickson; a sister, Helen (Wayne) Hodge of Goshen and step-mother, Virginia VanNuys of Goshen. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Jeremy Fry. She graduated from Northridge High School in 1972. Friends may call on Thursday, October 30, 2014, one hour prior to the 2 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Pastor John Drexler will officiate. Burial will follow in West Goshen Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the family in care of Yoder-Culp Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
