Terry Lynn Zebell

Terry Lynn Zebell, 71, of Goshen, passed away peacefully at his home from natural causes.

He was born August 13, 1953 in South Bend to Glenn W. and Violet Jean (Kirk) Zebell.

On September 27, 1975, he married the love of his life, Ellen Dumke, in Michigan, beginning a devoted partnership that spanned nearly five decades.

Survivors include his wife, Ellen Zebell; his mother, Violet Jean Zebell of Goshen; his daughter, Michelle Zebell of Elkhart; his son, Brent (Heather) Zebell of Nappanee; six grandchildren; a sister, Kathie (Rex) Swords of Goshen; and two brothers, Gary (Christine) Zebell of Casa Grande, Arizona and Bill (Tammy) Zebell of Niles, Michigan.

He was preceded in death by his father, Glenn W. Zebell and a sister, Jill Ann Zebell.

Terry was the proud owner and operator of Five Diamonds Heating & Air, where his commitment to helping others shone brightly. Beyond his professional life, Terry was a beloved leader and mentor to both youth and elder groups at Grace Community Church, embodying his compassionate spirit.

An avid golfer and traveler, Terry particularly cherished his trips to Michigan. However, his greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his six grandchildren, who brought immense happiness into his life.

Visitation will be on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 11 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. celebration of life at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
