Terry K. Bauer

Terry K. Bauer, 65, of Goshen,  died Monday, April 15, 2024 at Majestic Care of Goshen.

He was born March 5, 1959 in Papua New Guinea to Kenneth and Vivian (Harley) Bauer.

On August 27, 1988 he married Sandra Malohn in Monterey, California.

She survives along with his mother, Vivian Bauer, Petaluma, California; two sons, Kenneth (Valerie Jairosi) Bauer and Benjamin (Shelby) Bauer, both of Elkhart; and two brothers, Timothy Bauer, Sausalito, California and Benjamin (Tina) Bauer, San Rafael, California.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Bauer and a brother, Jonathan Bauer.

Terry was a San Rafael High School graduate. He worked at The Goshen News from 1990 until 1999 as a Circulation manager; he then worked at the South Bend Tribune until his retirement in 2014.  He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. He enjoyed collecting antiques, fishing and spending time with his family.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date in California.

Burial will be at San Carlos Cemetery, Monterey, California.
