Ted A. Henderson, 29, of Goshen, passed away Tuesday, July 13 in Fort Wayne.

He was born August 14, 1991 in Goshen to Allan and Diane (Jessie) Henderson.

He is survived by his parents; a brother, John Henderson of Goshen; a grandfather, Teddy Henderson of Mishawaka.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
