Ted F. Crisman

Ted F. Crisman, 65, formerly of Elkhart, died Monday, March 30, 2015, at I.U. Health West Hospital, Avon. He was born December 14, 1949 in Elkhart to Francis H. and Edna (Coy) Crisman. He is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth (Will) Adair of Speedway and Karen (Alan) Schmidt of Mooresville; eight grandchildren; and his ex-wife, Susan W. Crisman of Goshen. He was preceded in death by his parents and a half brother, Robert Crisman. Ted graduated from Elkhart Central in 1968 and University of Indianapolis in 1973. He taught health and biology and coached football in the Goshen, South Bend Riley and South Bend Clay school systems. Private services and entombment will take place. Yoder-Culp Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
