Talmadge E. Simcox

Talmadge E. Simcox, 79, of Goshen died Wednesday afternoon, November 28, 2012, at IU Health Goshen Hospital. He was born July 8, 1933, in Crossville, Tennessee to Henry and Viller (Key) Simcox. On December 30, 1968, he married Ruby Ramsey in Goshen. She died November 3, 1984. He is survived by two brothers, Elbert (Doris) Simcox, of Dayton, Ohio, and Raybon (Helen) Simcox, South Haven,Michigan; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Simcox moved to Goshen from Whiteland in 1965. He worked as a press operator and in maintenance for Mogul Rubber Company. He enjoyed spending time in the garden growing irises. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service Monday, December 3, 2012, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oakrige Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
