Taisiya Alekseyevna Sharun

Taisiya A. Sharun, 15, of Elkhart, died early Sunday morning, January 18, 2015, as the result of a car accident. She was born April 26, 1999 in Makeyevka, Konetskaya Oblast, Ukraine to Lyudmila (Yamkova) Sharun and Aleksey Sharun. She is survived by her mother of Elkhart; and her father and a sister, Alena, both of the Ukraine. A student, Taisiya had been an area resident since 2008. Friends may call Wednesday, January 21, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A Thursday, January 22, 2015, funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. at the Slavic Baptist Church, 400 S. West Blvd. Elkhart. Pastor Viktor Kidun will officiate. Burial will follow in Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.
