Susan F. Stutzman, 92, of Goshen died Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at Goshen Hospital.
She was born August 22, 1931 in Thomas, Oklahoma to John B. and Fanny (Miller) Detweiler.
On May 27, 1950 she married Joseph Stutzman in Goshen. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by a son, Larry Stutzman, Goshen; four grandchildren, Christie and Joeseph Stutzman, Destinee Custer, and Dusten Prince; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Cora White, Goshen.
Along with her parents, and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Diana Stutzman; grandson, Carl Prince; and 12 siblings.
Mrs. Stutzman, along with her husband Joseph owned and operated a Sunoco Service Station for 35 years. They sold the business and retired in 1995. Susan’s favorite hobbies included crafting, quilting, cooking, and gardening. Her fondest memories are of having the entire family gather at their lake cottage.
Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation on Saturday, May 11, from 11-2 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
