Susan E. Snider

Susan E. Snider, 71, of New Paris, fell ill Friday, August 3, at the funeral service for her mother and was taken to Goshen Hospital where she later died.

She was born June 15, 1947, in Goshen to Robert E. and Barbara Jean (Morgan) Bickel.

On July 17,1971, she married Thomas G. Snider at First Brethren Church, New Paris.

He survives along with two sons, Thomas R. (Tsion) Snider of Dubai, and Travis (Christina) Snider of Goshen; a daughter, Kelly Snider of Basalt, Colorado; four grandchildren, Reece, Grant, Blake, and Alex Snider; a sister, Nancy (Roger) Conant of DeLand, Florida; and a brother, Michael (Tammy) Bickel of Syracuse.

A lifelong area resident, Susan was a 1965 graduate of Goshen High School. She had a long-time association in the banking industry.

Susan was known for her beautiful flower gardens, taste in home décor, and for her love of animals.

Friends may call Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 4 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service, all at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen. Rev. Timothy T. Yoder will officiate.

Burial will follow after the service.
