Sunshine A. Kerekes

Sunshine A. Kerekes, 50, of Goshen, died Friday, March 21, 2025 at Goshen Hospital.

She was born March 18, 1975 in Bluefield, West Virginia to James “Buck” Edward and Martha (Kerekes) Barton.

Survivors include her parents, James “Buck” and Martha Barton; a daughter, Salina Randash; son in law, TJ Randash; two grandchildren, Brianna and Remington; 3 brothers, James, John and Josh Barton; a sister in law, Celena Barton and 5 nieces and nephews, Sydnee, Sayda, Kai and Aubrey Barton and Joey Bockin.

A 1993 Goshen High School graduate, Sunshine lived a life guided by the celestial rhythms she so dearly loved. She possessed a spirit as vibrant as the 1980’s melodies that filled her home. Her deepest affections were reserved for her animals.

A visitation will take place Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 12 to 2 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Cremation will follow after the visitation.
