Sue Davis

Sue Davis, 68, of Goshen, died Saturday evening, May 28, 2011, at Vibra Hospital, Fort Wayne. She had been in failing health the past year. She was born July 15, 1942, in White Pigeon, Michigan, to the late Kenneth Harold and Gertrude (Bush) Plank. She married Howard Davis on December 31, 1964 in Bristol. He survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Nancy Cotty of Goshen; three sons, Leonard (Tina) Davis, Howard (Jackie) Davis and Dana (Dawn) Davis, all of Goshen; 21 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary (David) Akens of Goshen; and a brother, Nick (Linda) Plank of Nappanee. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Davis. A homemaker, she had worked at Weiland Design for many years. Friends may call 1 to 2 p.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2011, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 2:00 p.m. memorial service will be held. Following cremation, burial will be in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
