Steven A. Richards

Steven A. Richards, 82, of Ligonier, died Friday, August 9, 2024 at Goshen Hospital.

He was born August 8, 1942 in Fort Wayne to Albert and Esther (Hass) Richards.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Richards, Ligonier; three children, Rachel Richards, Arizona, Andy (Angie) Richards, Arizona and Lance (Shelly) Richards, Indiana; three step-children, Brad (Victoria) Blosser, Bill Emanuel, and Sherry Miller all of Indiana; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Richards.

Steven was a pilot, cowboy, entrepreneur and an avid hunter. He guided hunters to bighorn sheep, antelope, elk, moose, and mountain lions in Wyoming.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.

A graveside service will begin at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 24, 2024, at West Goshen Cemetery.
