Steven Ray Yoder

Steven Ray Yoder, 55, died unexpectedly late Friday afternoon, December 19, 2008, at Goshen General Hospital. He was born in Goshen on December 21, 1952, to the late Ervin and Barbara (Mast) Yoder. A member of Pleasant View Mennonite Church, Mr. Yoder worked in maintenance at Americamp Corporation in Syracuse.  He enjoyed reading, motorcycling, and woodworking. He is survived by three sisters, Ida Carley and Edna Yoder, both of Goshen, and Juanita (Richard) Yoder of Middlebury; adopted sister, Christine Montano of Goshen; a brother, David (Cheryl) Yoder of Makinen, Minnesota; and nine nieces and nephews. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, December 22, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2008, funeral service will be conducted at Pleasant View Mennonite Church, Goshen.  Pastors Ron Diener and Tyler Hartford will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be made to the Steve Yoder Estate.
