Steve Miller

Steve Miller, 66, of Elkhart passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, April 29, 2024. He was born January 31, 1958 in Bremen, to Robert and Geneva (Hatton) Miller.

Steve married Twyla (Lapham) Hare on April 16, 1987 in New Paris.

She survives, along with son Ryan Hare of Benton; daughters Melissa Miller of Goshen, Kristen (Mike) Grondz of Ishpeming, Michigan, Pam (Francisco Olvera) Miller of Goshen, and Carlyna (Dean) Sanderson of Cassopolis, Michigan; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sisters Bev Morgan of Sturgis, Michigan, and Anita Campbell of Kentucky. He was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Miller, and a sister, Wanda Hall.

Steve worked at Forest River for 17 years, and then at Pilgrim Trailer Factory in Bristol. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and his dogs.

Visitation will take place on Friday, May 3, 2024, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service. Rev. Terry Tyler will officiate. Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery.
