Stephen Dow Snoke

Stephen Dow Snoke, 56, of Chicago, Illinois, died at his home Sunday, January 18, 2009.  He had been ill since November 1, 2006. He was born in Leiphein, Germany on November 19, 1952, to Myron Dow and Mary Jean (Cash() Snoke. A 30 year resident of Chicago, Mr. Snoke worked as an attorney fo Hitachi High Technologies America.  He graduated from William and Mary in 1974 and Washing University in St. Louis in 1978. He is survived by his parents, Myron and Mary Jean Snoke of Cincinatti, Ohio; five sons, James P. Brady of Hannibal, Missouri, Albert Brito Hurtado, Joseph Read, Joshua Veselsky and Brian Lopez, all of Chicago; four grandchildren; and a brother, David W. Snoke of Riverview, Florida. Services will follow at a later date. Burial will be in Violett Cemetery.
