Stanley R. Miller

July 31, 1960 — May 20, 2021

Stanley R. Miller, 60, of Goshen,  died after complications from an aortic dissection, Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 1:19 a.m., at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

He was born July 31, 1960, in Lagrange County.

He married Audrey R. Adkins on June 20, 1981.

She survives along with his father, Raymond D. Miller of Topeka; children, Michal (Ricky) Harris of Goshen, Anson (Tabitha) Miller of West Plains, Missouri, Bryce (Rebekah) Miller of Anna, Illinois, Brittney (Nicholas) Seman of Warsaw, Riley (Anna) Miller of Churubusco, Grace (Andrew) Burns and Bentley Miller, both of Goshen; 11 grandchildren; and siblings, Gerald (Chris) Miller of Plymouth, Charlene (Tom) Smith of Goshen and Ella (Jon) Haldeman of Syracuse.

Preceded in death by his mother, Irma A. (Yoder) Miller.

Stan worked at C&P Oil and drove tour buses. He attended Gospel Hill Pentecostal Church of God, where he played steel guitar. He enjoyed watching his kids and grandkids play sports and spending time with them. He was working towards getting his private pilot’s license and enjoyed flying.

Visitation will be Monday and Tuesday, May 24, 2021, and 25 from 3 to 8 p.m. at Maple City Chapel.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, May 26, 2021,  at 11 a.m. at Maple City Chapel.
