Stanley G. Neff, 83, of Wakarusa, died Monday evening, March 17, 2014 at Miller's Merry Manor, Wakarusa. He was born May 21, 1930 in Goshen to William A. and Prudence B. (Gardner) Neff. On September 26, 1949 he married Delores E. Pepper in Connersville. She survives along with two daughters, Jane E. (Daniel) Granger, of Fountain Hill, Arizona, Kathryn S. (Paul) Mihojevich, of Bristol; a son, Michael C. (Lisa) Neff, of Goshen; eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Harold Neff and a great granddaughter, Faith Cripe. A lifelong area resident, Mr. Neff began his working career delivering papers and worked his way to print manager for News Printing Company. He worked in the newspaper business for more than 50 years. Friends may call for one hour prior to the 1 p.m. funeral service, Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen. Dr. Gregg Lanzen and Rev. Jim Shrock of First Baptist Church, Goshen will officiate. Burial will follow at Elkhart Prairie Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be directed to First Baptist Church, Goshen or American Parkinson Disease Assoc.
