Stanley E. Weaver

Stanley Eugene Weaver, 88, of Goshen passed away peacefully on December 13, 2025,

He was born, December 7, 1937, in LaGrange, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh S. Weaver, his mother, Evelyn (Nettrouer) Stahly, wife, Joyce (Helton) Weaver, stepson, Craig Chrispyn, grandson, Justin Wayne Gamblin, and mother of his children, Maryann Weaver. 

A laborer in the recreational vehicle industry, Stanley exemplified the values of dedication and resilience. Although he completed his education in the 9th grade, his wisdom and work ethic far surpassed formal schooling. Stanley was a U.S. Army veteran, carrying with him the spirit of service throughout his life.

His is survived by his children: daughter Kim (Paul) Wert, Goshen, sons Gary (Cathy) Weaver, Claypool and Greg (Carmen) Weaver, Millersburg, and daughter Melissa Gamblin, Goshen, and stepchildren, Stephenie Chrispyn and Nicholas Chrispyn, 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In honor of Stanley’s life, visitation will be held at Yoder Culp Funeral Home on Monday, December 22, 2025 from 12 noon until the funeral service at 1 p.m.

Burial will follow in Yoder Cemetery in Shipshewana, Indiana.
