Stanley C Bobbitt

Stanley C. Bobbitt, 96 of Goshen passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Goshen Hospital.

He was born Jan. 27, 1925 in Orange County to Samuel Claude and Flossie Marie (Bell) Bobbitt.

He is survived by three children, Kim (Bryan) Fox of New Paris, Craig Bobbitt of Rowlett, Texas and Curtis Bobbitt of Great Falls, Montana; two grandchildren, Emily Stichter and Ben Fox; three great-grandchildren, Adylyn and Elias Stichter and Shea Fox; and three siblings, Olive Johnson, Betty Smith and Albert (Enid) Bobbitt.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Joan (Watkins) Bobbitt on July 18, 1996.

Mr. Bobbitt, an Air Force veteran, retired as a teacher and principal from McKinley Middle School.  He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ball State University.

Private family services will be held at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
