Sophia A. Baker

Sophia A. Baker, 18 months, of Goshen, died Wednesday afternoon, October 12, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, following a lifelong illness.

She was born April 7, 2015 in Goshen to Adam Baker and Mary Chupp.

They survive along with grandparents, Dean and Jane Chupp of Bristol, Mark (Wendy) Baker of Goshen and Barbara (Ed Hine) Baker-Hine of Millersburg; and great grandmothers, Nancy Baker, Syracuse and Janet Atwater, both of Goshen.

A celebration of life will take place Friday, October 14, 2016, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Bonneyville Mill Park, Bristol.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.
