Socorro Pizaña De Pedroza, 72, of Goshen, died early Sunday morning, March 6, 2022 at Raclin Hospice House, Mishawaka.
She was born December 9, 1949 in Aguascalientes, Mexico to Rafael Pizaña and Ma. Refugio Flores.
On April 23, 1974 she married Pablo Pedroza in Mexico.
He survives along with seven children, Ma. Refugio, Norma, Hilda, Sandra, Rafael, Melisa and Socorro Pedroza; 19 grandchildren; and six siblings.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings.
Doña Socorro was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Friends will be received Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, and Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. at church.
A funeral mass will be conducted 11 a.m., Thursday, March 10, 2022 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
