Slade H. Burkholder                                                                                        Flowers? Slade H. Burkholder, 36, of Goshen, was found dead of natural causes, Monday afternoon, April 17, 2006, at his home.   He was born April 6, 1970, in South Bend, Indiana, to James and Jeraldine “Jeri” (Hoffman) Burkholder.   A lifelong resident of Goshen, Mr. Burkholder worked as Product Manager for Haulmark Industries, Inc. since May of 1996.  A 1988 Northridge High School graduate, he attended Hesston College, Kansas; and most recently had been attending classes at Ivy Tech.   Mr. Burkholder is survived by his parents, James and Jeri Burkholder of Goshen; two daughters, Sydney Burkholder and Marah Burkholder of Goshen; and a brother, Tyler (Lori) Burkholder of Goshen   Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, April 20, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.   An 11:00 a.m. memorial service will be held on Friday, April 21, 2006, at the North Goshen Mennonite Church.  Pastor Dean Linsenmeyer will officiate.   A private burial has taken place at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.   Memorial contributions may be made to Child Abuse Prevention Services
