Shirley J. Miller

Shirley J. Miller, 77, of Goshen, died Monday evening, October 22, 2007, at Goshen General Hospital.  She had been ill about three years. She was born in White Pigeon, Michigan, on May 27, 1930, to Elmer and Nanie (Spitser) Willis. A Goshen resident since 1985, Ms. Miller worked as a sewer for OMC in Elkhart.  She attended the Apostolic Pentacostal Church in Goshen. She is survived by three daughters, Candace S. (Manuel) Cabrera of Houston, Texas, Mary Lou Martinez and Dawn R. Miller, both of Goshen; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patti Jo Miller; three brothers and six sisters. Friends will be received 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, October 24, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. There will be no funeral service. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Diabetes Association.
