Sherman J. Hochstetler

Sherman J. Hochstetler, 77 of Goshen died Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at his home.

He was born Nov. 17, 1942 in Sturgis, Michigan to Elias M. and Fannie Mae (Yoder) Hochstetler.

Survivors include a daughter, Michelle (Jeff) Holden of Goshen; a son, Sean (Leslie) Hochstetler of Goshen; four grandchildren, Courtney and Makayla Holden, and Sidney and Chase Hochstetler; two sisters, Jeanie Bernheisel of Parkville, Michigan and Dorothy (Paul) Topash of Ft. Myers, Florida; and two brothers, Allen (Candy) Hochstetler of Centreville, Michigan and Bill (Paula) Hochstetler of Vicksburg, Michigan.

Mr. Hochstetler was a member of United Church of God, Goshen and enjoyed listening to Blue Grass music.

The family will hold private services.  According to Sherman’s wishes, cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.
