Sheldon M. Mcclain
June 16, 1922 — June 26, 2018
He was born June 16, 1922 in Goshen to Myron and Mildred (Robinson) McClain.
On June 18, 1943, he married Geraldine Gibson in Goshen.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter, Rosalie Macaluso, Fallbrook, California; son, Stephen (Marilyn) McClain, Pewee Valley, Kentucky; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by brother, Lowell McClain and daughter, Dianne Hull.
Sheldon was innovative and a hard worker in RV manufacturing who valued his friendships and had an incredible sense of humor. He was a member of First Mennonite Church, Middlebury. He was a veteran of World War II, 807 Tank Destroyer Division and a member of the VFW.
Friends may call Monday, July 2, one hour prior to the 1 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
A private burial will follow.
