Goshen – Sheldon D. Blosser, 72, died Monday, March 16, 2026 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
He was born January 17, 1954, in Elkhart to Virgil L. and Lois (Rheinheimer) Blosser. On August 25, 1974, he married Beatrice Perez at Yellow Creek Mennonite Church in Goshen.
She survives along with a daughter, Amy Blosser, Mishawaka; two sons, Andrew Blosser, Indianapolis, and Anthony (Alicia) Blosser, Goshen; grandchildren, Kim (Tony) Woods of Goshen, Mason (Kaeclin) Shepard of Goshen, and Juliana (Ethan) Fought of Cromwell; a great-granddaughter, Aviella Fought of Cromwell; and a brother, Glen (Denise) Blosser, Niagara, Wisconsin.
Mr. Blosser worked as a truck driver for Logistics by Bontreger, Inc., Bristol, prior to his retirement. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially when accompanied by his grandchildren. Yearly family trips to Little Eden Camp in Onekama, Michigan were also a highlight.
Sheldon had a servant’s heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was a member of Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, March 20, 2026, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. There will also be one hour of visitation Saturday, March 21, 2026 beginning at 9 a.m., prior to the 10 a.m. funeral service at Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church, 61115 S.R. 15, Goshen. The service will be live streamed through Brenneman Church.
Burial will follow at Yellow Creek Cemetery, Goshen.
