Sharon R. Haney, 77, of Goshen, died Friday, May 10, 2019, at Courtyard Healthcare.
She was born March 5, 1942 in Goshen to Raymond A. and Marian L. (Blair) Mann.
On December 22, 1963 she married Ralph Haney.
He survives along with daughters, Jennifer (Kenneth) Walker of Irmo, South Carolina and Lori Haney of Elkhart; son, Bradley (Jennifer) Haney of Goshen; grandchildren, Keaton, Kellen and Kylie Walker, Justin (Leslee) and Jessica Gage and Reid and Evan Haney; great-grandchildren, Makayla and Makenzie Warner and sisters, Frances (Jim) Payne of Texas and Virginia Gingerich of Missouri.
A 1961 graduate of Goshen High School, Sharon enjoyed canning, gardening and baking and was well known for her pies and as an avid Notre Dame fan. She volunteered at the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
She worked as a cycle counter at Crown International, Elkhart, for many years.
Visitation will be Monday, May 13, 2019, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 14, funeral service will be conducted. Rev. Nathan Breneman, Northside Baptist Church will officiate.
Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Great Lakes Hospice or The Michael J. Fox Foundation, P.O. Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014.
